Can I order a trial package?
We don’t offer trial packages of our Nativity musicals, but instead, it’s possible to listen to all the songs on our website and to read a sample of the script directly on the musical pages.
What is the price of a Nativity musical at nativity-musicals.com?
You will find the price of the musical packages and the additional items on the order pages of the musicals. (No Room at the Inn! & So Worth It!) They are set in US Dollars, but you can select other currencies in the left side on the page. The base currency is US Dollar and the other currencies are update every hour dependent on the exchange rate of the currency. As we’re located in Europe, the final settlement will be in Euros. After pressing ‘Place order’ you’ll be redirected to our Payment Service Provider and you’ll see the total amount in Euros calculated to the last exchange rate.
If you have several groups playing a Nativity musical, you have to order a musical package for each group. You will receive a 15% discount for the subsequent packages. This is automatically taken into account in the shopping cart. Be aware that, because of the legal (performance) rights, it’s mandatory that each group orders a musical package.
Performance rights
For schools and churches, the performance rights are handled in the musical package(s). For commercial parties, it’s necessary to contact us for a suitable offer.
Payment methods
We offer PayPal, Apple Pay and Credit Cards as payment methods. All payment methods use a secured web connection.
Can I return the ordered material and get a refund?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to return the ordered materials and get a refund. The reason for this is that we send our materials as a digital download and it’s technically impossible to withdraw it from the computer(s) where it’s sent to. Therefore, it’s important to read the preview of the script of the Nativity musical and listen to the songs to get to know the material before placing your order.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
The prices on our website are inclusive of VAT (if applicable). So, no extra costs are charged on top of the prices you see on our website.
What should I do if I’ve not received an email confirmation (with download links) of my order?
Unfortunately, sometimes our emails end up in the spam folder, so that’s the first thing to check. If, after 15 minutes, there’s no email in the spam folder or the inbox, please contact us on the contact page. There might be a typo in the email address provided.

You can go to our contact page and fill in the form at the bottom of the page. It’s also possible to check the ‘receive our newsletter’ box while ordering a musical.
What are ‘practice tracks’ as mentioned in the musical package?
We offer 3 versions of the tracks for our songs. The demo tracks are the same as you can hear on our website or YouTube and Spotify. In the musical tracks, you’ll only hear the music (instrumental tracks) and no vocals at all. This is the best version to perform live. The practice tracks are the versions that are kind of in between the other two. You’ll hear the vocals on every first line of a verse, chorus, bridge, etc., but on a low volume. This might come in handy as a step-up from a demo track to a musical track.
Where can I find the sheet music (lead sheets) of the songs of the musical?
The sheet music is included in the download links provided in the email.

The PowerPoint presentations of the song texts of the musical are included in the download links provided in the email.
I want to re-perform a Nativity musical that we purchased last year (or a couple of years ago). Do I have to buy a complete package again?
If you want to re-perform a previously purchased musical and you still have all the materials, then you only need to re-purchase the performance rights of the specific Nativity musical. You can arrange this directly on our website via the performance rights page.
Where to go with my questions about the content of the material?
The best way to contact us is to fill in the contact form on our contact page. Your message will be answered within 24 hours (on business days) by one of the creators of the musical. Another option is to contact us through our social media channels. Please provide as much information so we can supply a suitable answer.
The download link doesn’t work
Unfortunately, sometimes the download link doesn’t automatically give access to the script or the files of the musical. There can be several causes such as a firewall, virus scanner, popup blocker, etc. Please try the steps below for a proper solution:
Keep in mind that the download link of the files contains a large zip file of approx. 150 mb. Depending on your internet connection, it might take a while before the download is finished. Don’t close the browser before the download is completely finished because it won’t resume when re-opening the browser.
